Dear Friends,

I recently was reading of the modern automobile magazines, Autoweek, and read the editorial by their editor-in-chief. He raised the point that the best car job in the world is to be able to design new cars.

I thought long and hard about what he said and decided that I could not agree. Let's face it, I'm infactuated with the prospect of restoration and it just doesn't hit my fancy to sit all day long and design cars, when I can rebuild the art that once was.

You can read my complete letter to the editors of Autoweek here.

How about you? Would you rather design cars or restore them?

Happy Motoring,

James Burnes
